Pilates 3


This weekly group is supervised by a professional instructor. Pilates was developed in the early 20th century as a physical fitness system, and is an exercise method that uses core muscles to develop strength, flexibility and balance. It combines mind and body awareness, and is good for mental and physical well-being. We have a new teacher, Jo Greene, who also teaches Pilates Groups 1 and 2.
