We appreciate that much of our communication is now done electronically and information about our activities shared through our website.  Additionally that our members may welcome more general assistance to make the most of their devices, whether they use phones, tablets, iPads, laptops or computers.  So we offer, to our members, IT help and assistance tailored to them and covering the use they want to make of their IT equipment.  This can cover communicating with friends and family, on-line purchases, what to do when problems arise, etc., etc.
